Everyone could use a little more stretching in their lives!

Online or In-person

Stretching helps blood flow to the muscles and cartilage, and can help create the long lean muscles required for dancers and athletes. Regular healthy stretching can help to correct posture through lengthening and strengthening tight muscles, can aid in relaxation, and has many other benefits.

We offer both online and in-person stretch classes to help our dancers build flexibility.
